PT. Graha Yasa Selaras (Mercure Hotel), Bandung, 2024

Installation of cassette air conditioner for hotel meeting room to ensure a comfortable environment for meetings. The system is being selected for its aesthetic appeal and space-saving design, seamlessly integrating with the room’s interior and relocation of 15 outdoor split duct air conditioning units. The work includes disconnecting and carefully moving the units to new designated locations while ensuring minimal disruption to the hotel operations. After relocation, the units will be reconnected, tested, and optimized for performance.

We focus on providing essential maintenance, installation of kitchenette appliances and refrigeration services at various Burger King outlets. Additionally, the project includes HVAC engineering to ensure efficient temperature control and air quality within the kitchen and dining areas. Civil and plumbing engineering are incorporated to support overall facility functionality, from water supply to drainage systems, ensuring the infrastructure is equipped to handle daily operational demands. Coverage area: Jabodetabek, Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Jawa Timur, Bali and Lombok

Comprehensive maintenance and installation services for kitchenette appliances, along with HVAC, civil, and plumbing engineering and refrigeration to enhance operational efficiency. The work includes routine maintenance and the installation of kitchenette appliances to ensure efficient food preparation processes. In addition, the project encompasses HVAC engineering to provide a comfortable climate for staff and customers, along with civil and plumbing engineering to uphold the structural integrity and functionality of the facility’s water and waste systems.
